September 2021 COVID-19 Shipment Delay Update

Dear Valued Shoppers,

Please note that shipment delays are currently being experienced within the Australian logistics and delivery network. These delays are present in packing and dispatch operations due to pickup and delivery limitations from Australia Post and other courier networks. Restrictions are in place on pickup and delivery driver numbers due to staff safety requirements and current COVID health measures.

Please allow at least 7-10 days additional dispatch and delivery duration.
